    We look at what you’re already doing, see what’s missing, and clear up what we need to do from here.


    We’ll start by figuring out what you’re bringing to the table that your clients adore. Prepare to pour over screenshots and feel really frickin’ good that you’re creating something people love. 

Here’s how it works:

Next, we’ll figure out exactly what to say with brand messaging that differentiates you. You’ll know exactly what to say to drive home sales (and keep it consistent across platforms, because that’s a must).  

Deliverables depend on exactly what you need, but in general you can expect from this phase to receive:

  • A messaging guide that looks over things like:

    • Your key audience (aka who you’re selling to) and any secondary or third audiences

    • Your key messaging (aka what you need to say to connect with and convert your audience)

    • Brand strengths and differentiators

    • Competitor research

    • Content audit and strategy (across 3 touchpoints, like social media platforms, email marketing, and blogs)

Phase 3:

Tweak and test

  • Up to 4 pages of website copy created for your brand and written with SEO best practices in mind (most clients choose Home, About, Services, and Contact!)

  • Pro tip: if you’re hiring a designer for your project, you should reach out to your copywriter around the same time!

    I typically book projects at least 4 weeks out (this means it will be about 4 weeks before I start working on your project!). Ideally, try to reach out 10-12 weeks before your planned launch date.

    FYI, my default payment schedule is a 50% deposit to book your spot and 50% before your finished project is handed back to you.

    If a payment plan feels like a better fit for you, you’ll pay a 25% deposit and split up the rest however you’d like so your payments will be done right as our time together wraps up!
